About this house rental
Escape to this stunning beachside retreat, perfectly located in the serene setting of Golden Beach. This modern & spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests for a minimum two-night stay, with the added convenience of a sofa bed downstairs for extra sleeping space if required.
The space
Wake up to breathtaking ocean views and unwind in a peaceful, quiet area that promises tranquility.
Bedroom 1 – 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 2 – 2 x Single beds
Bedroom 3 – 1 x Double bed
Downstairs – Sofa bed to make up at your convenience
All Linen is supplied including towels and beach towels. There is air-conditioning to the downstairs area with ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Situated upstairs is a family bathroom with shower and a second shower room and toilet are downstairs.
Set up as a home from home, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need including oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher plus all the extras that will make your stay enjoyable and easy.
A selection of tea and coffee, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper etc. will be available for a ‘start up’ to your stay.
Enjoy downtime too, with games and puzzles for your entertainment plus smart TVs in the main living and master bedroom, plus free wi-fi access password provided.
Have a kayak or jet ski? Make sure to bring this along on your holiday, as you will be just metres from the water.
The property also offers a double lock up garage and off-street parking for at-least one vehicle.

Check in and communication was very easy. House was clean. Lication in caloundra was great, golden beach isvery handy. We were a family of 5 very comfortable.

The property itself was well maintained, clean, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay: linen, cooking utensils, toys for the kids and even a gorgeous welcome pack when we arrived. Communication with the owner made check-in easy. Located in a quiet street and a short walk to the espy where you can swim. Thank you for having us!
