This cozy holiday home is located half an hour north of Kalmar, a few minutes outside the town of Alsterbro, surrounded by forests, meadows, and lakes.
For fishing enthusiasts, there are several small forest lakes nearby, where the occasional pike or perch may be found. A larger lake with a beautiful, child-friendly swimming area is just about 5 minutes from the house. Rowboats are also available for rent there.
The house consists of two floors and a basement. Only the ground floor is available for rent (no other people live in the house).
The lower floor features a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for self-catering. High-speed internet is available in the house.
The house has a glass-enclosed veranda, the windows of which can be opened even on warm days. The whole property is set on a large plot with plenty of space.
Firewood for a cozy fire in the fireplace is provided.
The location offers an excellent starting point for exploring Sweden's east coast. The summer town of Kalmar is only about a 30-minute drive away, and the summer island of Öland is also among the possible destinations, as are the Swedish Kingdom of Crystal and Astrid Lindgren's World.
