One room with a double bed and one room with a single bed and a bunk bed.Living room: Bright and spacious living room with space for relaxation, TV, and Wi-Fi.Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.Bathroom: Fresh bathroom with shower and modern amenities, as well as underfloor heating.Outdoor area: Lovely covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the sunset and the fresh air. There are also sun loungers.Location: The cottage is located on a forest plot in scenic surroundings, close to both the forest and the beach, so you can choose between hiking or enjoying water activities. Welcome to the cozy cottage at Mollysvej 32 in Trend. There is a carport for your car. The heat pump provides good heating in the cottage, and there is a wood-burning stove in the living room. Not available for rental to youth groups, and is a non-smoking house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
