Step into this newly renovated home (2025) and discover a comfortable living space. You'll enter the property through the side door, which leads you into a foyer. From there, you'll enter a hallway and down a few steps into the heart of the home, the open-concept living/kitchen/dining area. Two bedrooms are off of the main living area and the third is up a few steps at the rear of the property, where you'll also find the full bathroom and laundry facilities.
* **Living/Dining Area:** A combined space for relaxation and meals.
* **Bedroom 1:** Features a queen bed, offering a private retreat.
* **Bedroom 2:** Equipped two single beds, providing a cozy sleeping area.
* **Bedroom 3:** Located up a few stairs, this bedroom offers a double bed and a private patio with an ocean view
* **Bathroom:** A full bathroom.
* **Laundry Room:** Conveniently located for all your laundry needs.
* **Outdoor Decks:** Enjoy outdoor seating with a deck at the rear with access from the bedroom and decks at the front and side.

There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway. You'll be provided a key code to access the property. The whole house is yours to enjoy.

Lower Jenkins Cove is in an area of Twillingate referred to by locals at "Durrells" or "down Durrells" or "down arm". It's a lovely area with easy access to both the ocean and the Rockcut Hiking Trail system.

Loved the property. Didn’t realize there were stairs up to the rest room. Suggestion grab bars in rest room for mobility challenged folks. Enjoyed our stay very much.
