About this house rental
As part of the oldest cobble building in Lytham, The Stables feature many original features, including beams, windows and door entries.
House Rules:
Be considerate of our neighbours. No parties or gatherings of people who are not staying in the accommodation.
No addition guests other than those stated at time of booking.
Smoking, or vaping, is not permitted anywhere in the property. This includes the courtyard and any land owned by The Talbot. Any damage incurred by smoking, including the need for deodorising, will be charged.
Dogs are not permitted onto the property.
BBQ’s of any kind are not permitted within the property, outdoor space, or anywhere within the Talbot grounds.
Please treat our apartments as you would your own home. A lot of time and care has gone into creating a space for you to enjoy, relax and unwind in, so any damages will be charged for.
Please ensure children are always supervised by an adult. The Coach House backs onto a road that is used regularly by vehicles and pedestrians alike. Also, the area behind the fences is used as an emergency exit, as well as storage, for local businesses and so must be kept clear at all times.
Please follow the instruction provided for all appliances and let us know if you find any issues or damage as soon as possible.
When readying to check out, please load the dishwasher and run with the dishwasher tablets provided. This ensures we can ensure the property is made ready for the next guests as quickly as possible.
If possible, please empty bins and dispose of your rubbish in the designated bins at the back of the property.
Please be aware, the communal grounds of the Talbot, including the storage areas and fire exits, are monitored by 24 hour CCTV. This is for your safety, as well as the safety of the businesses within the Talbot grounds. The CCTV does not encroach into the private spaces enjoyed by our guests.
If you notice any issues, please get in touch as soon as possible.
