The Space:
Τhis spacious bright 2 bedroom apartment of 120 m2 on the sixth floor, accessible by lift, is ideal for either a business trip or a leisure visit to Athens. It is fully furnished and equipped with all modern necessities.
It consists of 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom with a queen size bed, A/C and adequate closet space. Adjacent is the second bedroom with a queen size sofa bed. The room can also be used as a work space.
The open space living room with panoramic views of the city and Lycabettus hill consists of a comfortable corner sofa, TV, DVD and stereo system and an ample dining area with a table for 4 people. Next to the dining space, there are 2 vintage armchairs and a wall-mounted bookcase with a built-in desk.
The kitchen, nicely renovated, is equipped with a full set of tableware (plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.), all necessary cooking utensils, as well as a large refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, perfect for home cooking.
A large bathroom with bathtub, a laundry room and a small W/C complete the apartment's layout.
Although the view from the living room sofa is amazing, the balcony would be too noisy for guests to sit. Traffic from the avenue below can be heard much louder outside, which is quite annoying.
