Nestled between two of PEI's most beloved beaches, this shockingly spacious, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage can be your very own private paradise. Picturesque ocean views greet you at every turn, while a beautiful, tree-lined path along the river beckons, mere meters from your doorstep.
Below the cottage, the West River flows, connecting two of the most amazing beaches on PEI, each under 5 minutes away. At beautiful Basin Head, you'll leap into the ocean, linger with the locals, or sample our delicious seafood. Alternatively, Bothwell Beach’s gentle white sands and calming scenic dunes offer solace and serenity when you're looking to unwind.
Back inside, lounge in the spacious sunroom as you take in the spectacular sights this property has to offer (when you aren’t admiring them from the large, heated pool, that is)
Exiting the sunroom, you’ll find yourself in an open concept living and dining area that will have you wondering how there can be so much space in a cottage so cozy. You’ll love eating breakfast each morning around the kitchen’s large, wooden island, watching the sun rise as it fills each room with bright, natural lighting. As the day comes to a close and the sun begins to set, you'll find yourself drawn to the end of the deck, soaking in the scenery, enveloped in one of the truly massive wicker rocking chairs.

We appreciated the view of the ocean and sights of many beautiful birds. The private and quiet setting allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. The swimming pool was a great bonus which we took advantage off. Bothwell beach was stunning and just a short 2 min drive from the cottage. The cottage itself was spacious and was well equipped.

We loved waking up every morning to the ocean view and watching the ferry in the distance. The kids swam in the pool everyday and had fun playing music from the giant Bluetooth speaker! We found the listing description to be inaccurate as it is listed as a 2 bedroom with 1 of the bedrooms having a queen pull-out couch but the couch is actually a small loveseat, is in the laundry room (not a bedroom) and can’t open as there is not enough space. We made do with one of the kids sleeping on a different couch. Overall we had a great experience and Corey was great at communicating.
