The space
Are you in search of a delightful place to stay for a week, a month, or even a season? Look no further! Polk City is the perfect spot for you. Experience the comfort of this cozy cottage with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Sleep soundly in the Queen bed, equipped with a new mattress and pillows. The second bedroom has a Full bed. The walk-in shower is easily accessible with just a few steps. Sip on your morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful view of your backyard on the back patio. In the evenings, relax in the traditional swing for two located in the front Florida room. The front room also has a desk that you can use for your computer or writing letters. If you are feeling adventurous and want to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including seasonings. Mel and Isabel, your friendly hosts, will be there to welcome you.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cottage and a patio with a table and four chairs for breakfast outside. Parking is available next to the Cottage courtyard. We live adjacent to the Cottage.
Other things to note
We have recently included Yoku Express for your enjoyment. The Cottage is furnished with additional linens, a well-equipped kitchen containing a blender and mixer, as well as baby plates and a high chair. If you require anything else during your stay, we are conveniently located next door and are happy to assist you and provide whatever we can to ensure your stay is pleasant and enjoyable.
