About this house rental

Between Port Crouesty and the beaches, this is the ideal location for a wonderful holiday with family or friends! This comfortable family home was fully renovated in 2023.
The house is approximately 150 m² and comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall with a large under-stairs cupboard (shelves/hanging space), a separate toilet with a washbasin and urinal, a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a 3-burner induction hob, a fridge-freezer with 3 freezer drawers, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso Vertuo large capsule coffee machine. There is also a bar/breakfast area with 3 stools. The living/dining room (fireplace not for use) opens onto the terrace. A utility room includes a washing machine, dryer, sink, and a second refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The first bedroom is a suite with a 160x190 cm bed, a large wardrobe (shelves/hanging space), and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

Upstairs: The hallway leads to a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (four single beds of 90x190cm), a third bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a small sink, and storage (shelves/wardrobe). In the opposite wing, at the end of the hallway, a door opens onto a landing leading to a fourth bedroom with a pull-out bed (which can be either two single beds of 80cm or one double bed of 160x200cm), a small sink, storage (shelves/wardrobe), and a shower room with toilet. A few steps lead down to the living/kitchen area with a small refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment, a sink, a two-burner induction hob, a microwave, a sofa bed, and a TV. This area can be accessed either via its own entrance with the external staircase leading to the garden or through the interior of the house.

Enclosed garden of approximately 350 m², with a large terrace on two sides of the house, offering beautiful sun exposure throughout the day. Garden furniture.
