This 2-bedroom apartment in Empuriabrava offers a comfortable 60 m² layout for up to 4 guests. Located just 300 meters from the sandy beach and 150 meters from a supermarket, it’s ideal for families or small groups looking for a relaxing coastal getaway. The apartment is set in a quiet residential area with easy access to local amenities and attractions.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as air conditioning in the living room, satellite TV, and optional Wi-Fi. The complex includes four communal pools (open mid-June to mid-September), available for an additional fee payable at the concierge. Covered parking is available nearby for an extra charge.
Conveniently located near Peralada Golf Course (16 km), Figueres AVE/TGV station (20 km), and Girona Airport (65 km), the apartment is well-positioned for exploring the Costa Brava. A refundable security deposit is required, and optional services such as bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are available. Pets are welcome upon request, and flexible check-in is offered during the low season.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
