2 storey house, whole first level is for rent, 2 bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. Its well equipped, mainly kitchen what we liked a lot. Spacious terrase with options to air your clothes. Owner has on 1 level his own flat, but they are quiet or not in there. Parking outside in garden - entrance and leaving was a bit challenge with car to street 😁
Shops and restaurants are in walk distance ok. Beach Slanica about 5mins, Podvrške abou 20mins by walk.
1) bathroom need urgent reconstruction
2) living room shall have new furniture, TV with some satelite programs (originaly now about 6 I recall)
3) general painting is in place
4) exchange of windows can be done, but now were perfect even with nets against flies
