It was a nice condo and very clean. The property manager was very responsive- something I've never really experienced before. Condo door code was easy to remember.
The check-in at 4:00 and check-out at 10 am are really disappointing. We understand you have to clean and turn the condo over for the next person, but hotels offer better times so next time we may just go to a hotel. At 10:00 am you barely have enough time to eat breakfast, shower , pack and clean the condo. We had to clean everything and strip the beds, so I'm not sure why a cleaning service needs so much time. Charging extra money for a late check out of one extra hour is not really good customer service. My sister lives around the corner so we visit often, but will probably just go to a hotel next time. Also, the kitchen needs a whisk.
