We liked the apartment already last year and decided to stay there this year again. The beds are comfortable, each bedroom has its own bathroom and wc, there is an airco in each room. The location is simply perfect, our favorite place in Thessaloniki. Parking is on the upper street, via the application. However, this year, we were disappointed and I will describe why in the part what we didn't like.

On arrival we saw that 2 of the 4 chairs in the kitchen part of the living are broken to the extend that one cannot sit on these and have a proper coffee or eat something. I contacted the property the very same moment explaining the issue. It is a big issue as a family normally eats all at the same time, while this was not possible only with 2 chairs. I had to send pictures twice, including on how the chairs look alike that they can order the same ones and at the end the new chairs came only the morning we were living the apartment, in 8 days. The property didn't even care that for 8 days one person was unable to seat in the kitchen part and didn't even bother to offer that we use one of the chairs from the balcony (while these were metallic and not comfortable at all). Second disappointment, the booking I made was prepaid, I paid at the moment of booking. To my surprise, on top, I was charged an authorization amount equal to the booking value at the very same moment. I paid 947 EUR and another 947 EURs were blocked by the property for one month (from the 8th of July until the 8th of August) for something I had already paid and received a payment receipt for. I had to call Booking, the bank and the Credit card firm and they confirmed the money were blocked by the property as a guarantee. I contacted the property twice on this issue, they replied only once, saying this was Booking keeping the money which was not the case and the second time they didn't even reply. My money were liberated and available only one month after, on the 8th of August. So for an entire month I paid twice for the accommodation. I do not believe this is normal for a family staying in your apartment for a second time and having already paid for its stay. I would also like to mention that the kitchen really needs a micro-oven and this is not such a big investment. There is neither a dishwashing machine.

Great location, clean and spacious apartment, looks exactly like the pictures. Had an amazing stay and would stay again!

Good location, clean, equipped, quiet.

There was no water all the time, most of the time there was shortage.
