Great location, balcony & views were awesome. Nice kitchen, laundry facilities. Good size for the area. The heated pool & gym were great. Well equipped kitchen.
Sadly we had a few issues, without an American credit card you can’t pay for parking & the responses on booking.com were useless. Eventually I went and sorted it on site on the Monday morning. Also. We added an additional night, it got locked out of our room on our original checkout date again no one on site to help. The linen could be upgraded and the place could have been a lot cleaner.
To the owners of this property you should use the onsite rental people, they are amazing & super helpful. The company you are using makes it difficult & stressful. You have a lovely apartment that will rent really well with great reviews if managed better.
