Location was good and near grocery shop and a mosque.
Very quiet area, and no disturbing neighbors.
Toilets need maintenance:
- Shower heads either blocked or tilting away (and the heads are very high to be adjusted).
- Water heaters sometimes working and sometimes not.
- Basic necessities like tissues and water were bare minimum for some to stay three days.
Only one towel was available.
There were no tea / coffee tables, nor a main table for the sitting area.
The housekeeping needs to improve.
The management needs to send clear information for the location and correct number for the building and apartment.
The access information were not complete/ not accurate and we had to request many times for the correct information.
