Situation géographique
Volets durs à ouvrir et fermer- Tapis dans le salon pas approprié et vieux on se prend les pieds- manque eclairage lorsque le lit est tiré -

Super emplacement vue sur mer et pas trop bruillant puisqu'au 4eme étage. Proche de tous les commerces notamment le marché central ouvert ts les jours.
Le PB lié aux Sables d'Olonne, c'est le stationnement qui est soit trop cher (16,90 euros / jour) ou les parkings gratuits sont saturés, toutefois pour ces derniers une navette gratuite est en place.
