I loved the style and decor. Great attention to detail. Very comfy bed and soft sheets. Nice bathroom products. Good breakfast. Great location. We’d like to stay again. Bilingual signs, notices etc would be preferred.

What a hidden gem. We absolutely LOVED our stay in the Bala Suite. The photos did not do the place justice. The building had such a unique and special charm, and was beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful details. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The booking was cancelled on the day by the owner - initially saying there was no hot water in the building, and then that another guest had damaged the room. The owner wasn't sure of how to refund our money, and communication was poor once we hit issues. Eventually customer services arranged a refund after I arranged that myself.
