It was clean, convenient, and loved the amenities. There are 2 very large pools outside and one of them is heated. Love having the onsite tiki bar and grill. The food was great.

The host was easy to work with and responsive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only downside was the wait for elevators at times, as there are only three serving the building. Overall, a pleasant stay.
The main area for improvement would be the elevator situation — with only three serving the entire building, wait times can be a bit long, especially during busy hours. Just be prepared to wait a few minutes until you can finally catch one not completely packed.
