The apartment isn't fancy but it is clean, updated and spacious with all necessary provisions (and coffee, too!). The owner met us at the door with a key and gave us a tour of the rooms, making sure we had everything we needed.
The hills surrounding the apartment are gorgeous. I wish we had more time to explore.

Beautiful and clean. There were a few bugs but expected as you’re in the middle of nature. It was located about <10 mins outside the Plitvice entrance 1. Perfect for getting our kids up and into the park at one of the earlier entry slots. The house is remote but with it. Very clean! At night our kids saw the Milky Way for the first time.
The landlady didn’t speak English or Spanish but we more or less understood her. The only confusing thing that no one mentioned was not to turn one of the switches outside the bathroom (it was right next to the light switch). Apparently it was the water heater switch so we had to wait to shower because we didn’t have hot water 😅
