Strategic location, within walking distance to Paulista Street, with many options of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The studio-sized room is quite spacious for one or two people. The price is affordable, it's really value for money. Guests need to pay a deposit, which is refundable under certain terms and conditions. I paid with my CC through Paypal and there was a refund fee (only 6% of the deposit amount). Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to explore the property, including the laundry facility, swimming pool, or common area.
It took some time for the property to confirm my reservation, and I only received the information after reaching out via WhatsApp. It's not a big deal, but I think it would be more convenient if I got faster confirmation through the application from which I made the reservation, in this case, Booking.com.

Seguridad del lugar.
Es demasiado pequeño. Si llevas alguna maleta más grande que un carry on, no tienes lugar para caminar. Cocinar ahí es imposible. Además no hay elementos necesarios para hacerlo. De hecho no hay detergente, ni trapoas para lavar. Tuvimos que comprar nosotros
