鍵の受け渡し情報の連絡が非常に遅く、連絡しないとその情報が受け取れなかった。土地に不案内な人にとっては、非常に不安である。チェックインする日の正午頃までにはほしい。

The view was excellent - seeing out across the hills was a nice view to have. And for the price, this is a good deal if you're traveling on a budget. The loft had a bit more space (for 1 person) than the main floor).

The listing says it's a "short walk from Suwa Shrine" which is technically true but does not indicate how many stairs there were - the route in the guide was over 250 uneven steps up the hill, although we realized after there was a different route that was ONLY 100 stairs. This property would not be good for anyone with mobility issues - my friend has knee trouble and going up and down each day was a lot for him. The kitchen is small which is fine, but some of the utensils like the cutting knife were rusty. This is listed for 4 people but that would be a VERY tight fit. There are 2 mattresses in the loft, and the bunk bed on the main floor, so consider how it will work with your group's layout. We were 2 people so we could have our suitcases open - that might be a lot with 4 suitcases. Also the couch can fit 2 so then the others would be sitting on the floor, and there's very little room between the table, the ladder to the loft, and the ladder on the bunk bed. Basically it's a good space for sleeping but not for hanging out.
