Relax Family 01 - Cozy Entire Apartement in City Center

Molto apprezzata la descrizione chiara e dettagliata delle fasi del check-in per l’accesso alla camera. La stanza era moderna, bella e confortevole, con una posizione comoda in centro urbano e facilmente raggiungibile. Il gestore si è inoltre dimostrato tempestivo nel cercare una soluzione al nostro problema.

Il principale problema riscontrato riguarda l’acqua calda, inizialmente assente poiché lo scaldabagno era spento al nostro arrivo. Anche dopo l’attivazione, l’acqua calda non è comunque arrivata. Il gestore si è quindi attivato per offrirci una camera alternativa nello stesso edificio. La gestione della situazione è avvenuta interamente a distanza tramite cellulare, aspetto che evidenzia comunque la disponibilità e l’efficacia del gestore nel risolvere il problema anche in condizioni non ideali. L’attesa è stata di circa 50 minuti, nonostante l’orario ormai tardivo.

L’espace et son agencement. La proximité du centre ville historique.

L’isolation phonique. La porte d’entrée devrait être équipée d’un groom pour éviter de claquer bruyamment a chaque fois qu’elle se referme. L’affichage lumineux sur le miroir de la salle de bains diffuse un éclairage dans la chambre…. Dans la salle de bains, il manque une prise électrique pour le sèche cheveux ou un rasoir électrique.

Google maps gets the address wrong. The address led me to a shop several streets away. Thankfully the kind gentleman who runs the shop showed me the way in his car. Walid, who was my contact with the property, advised me to put the apartment units’ name ie, “Relax Family ApartHotel, Signature Residence, Ouarzazate “ in Google maps which took me to the correct address when I needed to find it again.
