What a lovely apartment! It's a cute studio with a small balcony on the 12th floor and gorgeous views. I've lived in condos all my life and this felt like coming home because of how residential the place is. Great facilities, smooth check-in and good communication by the host. There is a 7-eleven right under the building which also has an ATM. I found it comfortable with all my luggage as there is an elevator and accessible slopes into the lobby. The sound proofing and martress is great as well, I slept like a baby.
The curtain could use a good clean but that didn't really bother me much. The only annoying bit was the ants which swarmed my opened packet of cake and juice. Probably make sure to seal any edibles properly (but that's for anywhere in the Phillipines really)!
