Apartament nou, complet renovat, într-o clădire mai veche, situat într-o zonă destul de centrală. Este foarte curat, iar până în centrul orașului se poate ajunge ușor printr-o plimbare plăcută pe malul râului. O alegere excelentă pentru un sejur confortabil.
Lucruri pe care proprietarul le-ar putea îmbunătăți: dormitorul nu este dotat cu aer condiționat, iar în zilele toride de vară acesta este absolut necesar pentru un confort sporit. De asemenea, baia ar avea nevoie de o reamenajare. Zona de duș nu este bine delimitată, astfel încât apa se împrăștie în toată baia în timpul utilizării. În plus, pe alocuri se observă urme de mucegai pe pereți, aspect care ar trebui remediat.
