The staff was exceptional Place is clean and quiet but so close to the shopping centers and hospital.

The web address says 719 Reapers road, which is wrong. The shower sprays water over the top of the shower, wets the floor which is then extra slippery and dangerous.

We enjoyed our stay overall — the guesthouse is close to the beach, Shelly Centre, South Coast Mall, and plenty other restaurants, so the location was very convenient. Very friendly and welcoming host. The space itself looked exactly like the pictures, so what you see is what you get.

There were a few issues that really took away from the experience. There was no microwave or kettle even though it’s a self-catering unit, nor did we have access to a kitchen, or kitchenette. The bathroom had no shower curtain or bath mat, which lead to water spilling all over the floor, making it slippery and unsafe. On top of that, the bathroom sink had no running water, and the linen didn’t look very clean — it had visible stains and was not hygienic. The balcony was dangerously unsafe, which was quite disappointing and concerning. The most disappointing part was being asked to check out earlier than the stipulated time, even though the booking clearly states the checkout time. That was quite disappointing, unfair and left a bad impression at the end of what could’ve been a nice stay. Overall, it’s a convenient place in terms of location, but with a few improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and communication, it could be much better.
