Wow...what can I say, everything was fabulous from the spotless apartment, large balcony, comfortable bed, air con and perfect host Stefanos who provided us with lots of extras...fruit, homemade jam and marmalade, homemade olive oil, honey and more! always on hand if we needed anything!
In a perfect location, 5 minutes from the harbour and old town. 10/10 and I would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Chania!

It was very clean and the location was excellent. Thanks so much for the gifts, such as the avocados, wine, jam made by mother, bottle of wine and biscuits. I was a bit flustered when the TV wouldn't turn on, but he came and fixed it within 10 minutes. The best!
Shower curtain is not vinyl, so some water is in bottom after shower.

Excellent location close to the Old Town & near to central amenities of Chania. Our charming & helpful host, Stefanos, was there to greet us, show us round the apartment & give us some local tips. He left us a generous welcome pack & was in daily contact to check we had everything we needed. Given the northern aspect & tiled floors throughout, we were grateful for heating. Soundproofing is minimal - although the neighbours weren't noisy, their activities were audible.
Bathing is via a hand held, slimline shower wand in a bathtub. It is hard to control the water spray. A wall-mounted shower would be a big improvement.

The location was terrific. The apartment was a good size. The neighbors were quiet. The kitchen had everything I needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would book it again.
The only hiccup was the shower. It was a hand shower head with no mounting on the wall. The water heater was also small. So, the sequence was - wet an area, turn off the water and set down the head, lather up, pick up the head and rinse, put it down, wet another area,... and so on. It wasn't a big deal for me. But it might matter if you're expecting a typical shower experience.
