- Hosts are super helpful and flexible. They also provide fresh egg every morning! - The place is exactly as per the pictures... large, modern home, well equipped with all what u might need! -Super nice private garden is a strong plus!

The place was extremely clean, spacious and very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms! We appreciated the natural sea salt, a lovely home made cake that waited for us when we checked in, and the fresh eggs they left for us every day from their chickens! Amazing mosquito nets at all windows, spacious living room and two great bathrooms. On our last day they let us stay a few extra hours as my partner had some work to do. There was an issue with the WiFi the first day and we realised late in the evening and they came and didn’t leave until they fixed it. It’s a great place to stay for a longer period as you have everything you could possibly need.

The only thing that was a bit disruptive on Saturday night was a party that was going on at a venue close to the house and their music was so loud you could hear it like there were no walls, luckily it stopped around 2am. The rest of the days it was very quiet, the only thing you can hear are the roosters, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. If not, you won’t have an issue at all.

we liked the location the hospitality was great. we recieved fresh eggs every morning. the hosts surprised us with creten homemade sausages. The owners are the most charming couple !!! When we only have mentioned that we would like to know where can can buy fresh fish, the next day, they braught us a brand new cast iron to coock them !!! the property is locaten very close to Falasarna Beach, where you can see amazing sunsets at almost every day !!! it is very close to Balos Beach - by far, the most incredible beach in Crete It is also close to the beautiful mountains villages. the property is clean and well equiped, full with any kitchen tools you might need very good beds, excelent showers with a very goog stream of water. a very good place for a family vacation, or for a couple. we are very happy to recommend about this property And espcialy about the lovely couple that hosts us - Nikki & Apostoli do not hassitate, book now. great stay :)

the only problem is internet was not very well but they promised to check and fix it

- l 'accueil simple et en personne avec des petites attentions (oeuf frais, cake, raki, melon). - tout ce qu'il faut pour vivre dans la maison (café, sucre, vinaigre, sel, poivre, huile, produits d'entretien) - la situation géographique entre les plages de trachilos et Falasarna - le design de la villa - les espaces extérieurs - cafetière et Machine à café - grand espace devant la villa pour pouvoir se garer avec un olivier qui fait de l'ombre

- les caméras sur la terrasse : je n'avais pas connaissance du fait d'être filmée. - le lit dans la 2ième chambre très très inconfortable. - Dans cette chambre, il n'y avait pas de deuxième lit. La villa est annoncée pour 4 (?) Autres petits détails : poele très petite pour cuisiner pour 4, pas de quoi laver / Eponger le sol
