Spacious Coastal Retreat - Golem Beach Near Durrës

I just spent 10 pleasant days in this place. The building is old and could use a facelift, but don't let that put you off, because the apartment, on the first floor (there's no ground floor), is very nice and exactly as shown in the photos👍 bright and spacious. The air conditioning works, the 2.4 & 5GHz Wi-Fi works without any issues, there's a fridge, a small two-burner cooktop, a microwave, a toaster, and basic kitchen utensils for making pasta or other dishes. The bathroom has a spacious shower, and there's a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The sheets and towels smelled lovely.-😍 I highly recommend it; the place is barely 5 minutes from the beaches and the nightlife.🍾🍸Good contact with the owner who gives you an exact description to get there. I would not want to forget the small mini market Tropolini which is below, very kind and helpful owners with vegetables, fruit and a minimum of merchandise: water, beer, ice cream, dishwashing products and more😊👍

5 minutes walk from the beach, many shops and cafes nearby. Apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, good internet, big boiler with hot water.

There was no kettle and corkscrew. Kitchen faucet has no hot water. Morning noise from next building construction. A huge puddle on the short road to the beach.

Appartamento in posizione strategica rispetto alle spiagge ed ai servizi della città di golem. Dotato di aria condizionata

Proprio di fronte al balcone dell’appartamento c’è un cantiere edile in lavorazione. Se lo avessi saputo avrei cancellato la prenotazione e cercato un altra soluzione. Il bagno aveva una pressione dell’acqua minima che rendeva difficoltoso anche lavarsi i denti. Non abbiamo trovato neanche una bottiglia d’acqua al nostro arrivo, sarebbe stata una cortesia.
