Très belle villa

L’emplacement,les équipements,

Lovely property. Nicer than the photos. Especially like the upstairs space and communal areas.

Signs on windows everywhere not to go outside was off-putting and not relaxing. The kitchen was short of a few basic things. Salad bowls, cheese grater, wine glasses. Maybe they were broken and never replaced by previous guests. Water pressure very low upstairs. The host asked us to check out very early which we thought was rude.

The home was in a great location to visit all of the Keys with 2 hours. The three bedrooms fit the bill for our family.

Utensils were low in stock probably due to Previous renters throwing them away. Just need to be replenished.

The house was very spacious and great for 3 people or more.

The house was dirty. The first night, my sister's and I were cleaning all the bedding, surfaces, bathroom, & the dishes. The towels smelled like vinegar, and there were only 2 laundry pods left when we arrived. The bedding and bathrooms had a bunch of hair and pubes. The owner said he would leave 3 folding chairs for us to borrow, but there was only one lounger that was not portable. When reaching out to the owner about the mess, he was not the most helpful. He apologized, but the solution was to clean ourselves and didn't offer a partial refund or anything after asking.
