struttura tenuta in condizioni impeccabili dai proprietari. La camera 3 è molto luminosa e di dimensioni generose, meno la 2 ma pur sempre di ottimo livello. Materassi in memory molto generosi e comodi. La cucina comune al piano terra è dotata di tutte le attrezzature per una colazione. Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare le biciclette in un garage attiguo che il nostro host ci ha messo a disposizione. In generale l'accoglienza è stata molto professionale e attenta.

abbiamo soggiornato nelle camere 2 e 3. La camera 2 al primo piano ha un impianto (credo un sanitrit) molto rumoroso che è posizionato nel vano sottostante esattamente sotto il letto. Penso sarebbe utile trovare una soluzione per attutire il rumore, che specie nelle ore notturne è piuttosto fastidioso.

Recently, and tastefully, renovated by Antonino who also added a very attentive personal touch. Breakfast is arranged with a local cafe, and on the day they are closed Antonino personally delivered our coffee and croissants! A very nice touch.

This place is immaculate and well-located. It was a little hard to find, as it is located on a small side street, but Antonino came out and found us to show us the way.

Very clean, newer finishes, very good value for the price.

It scared me that there was no egress out of the room in the event of a fire. The window in the bedroom was locked closed and had a steel grille screwed over it anyway, and the operable window in the bathroom also had a steel grille that one would not be able to open in the event of a fire in the front of the building.

Propreté et chambre spacieuse.

Nous avions la chambre numéro 1 (spa , rez de chaussée). La porte fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur la rue. Impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. Il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, très désagréable. La chambre était froide (17C) et le mode climatisation chaud ne fonctionnait pas. Communication avec l’hôte très difficile. Seulement par what’app et la personne ne parle pas à anglais. Nous sommes resté 2 nuits, aucun service de chambre. Très impersonnel. Dommage car l’endroit est complètement rénové .
