The staff was awesome The place was nice and big and close to the water The pools were great, there are also bars you can order from and food down at the pool. We didn't try it but a lot of other people seem to. There was a cafe as well but it was never open. There were games down in the shared area, board games, ping pong you could use. The roof top patios were great The facilities by the beach were great We loved the place big patio and big doors it was beautiful (A table, chairs and umbrella would be an awesome addition to this space, maybe a clothes line too) Provided beach towels Big kitchen and living area Provided 3 pots, 1 frying pan Lots of dishes, cutlery and cups The area is seperate and in between 2 busy areas, so you are secluded but can easily walk to the busier towns, or Uber. You could also walk out to the highway and catch the bus. About 30 walk to La Cruz on the beach. If you don't walk on the beach you have to walk up to the highway and walk on super busy streets. If you wait for the tide to go down you can walk to Bucerias on the beach too You will to Uber home.or the tide will cut you off. You can also walk on the highway. Make sure to look at the tide schedule for that day. Some areas are fully submerged at high tide. Stores are all in those areas, so get stuff before you come or you will need to walk there You can also Uber eats groceries which is helpful

Kitchen - no garbage bags - no hand towels - no baking sheets - no dish washer tabs - no hand soap Bathrooms - no hand soap - little toilet paper - sink in bathroom doesn't work, in the bedroom en suite - toilet in bathroom smells of sewage (had to keep the door closed and fan on) in the living room area - no bath mats, or bath mat towels - no hand towels Bedroom - no fitted bed sheets - really hard mattresses - an upgrade to a queen or king would be amazing (I would pay more for this place if it had bigger beds) - had some water damage on the bedroom ceiling Patio - need to be washed, very dusty patio - cigarette butts on the ground - windows dirty

The place was beautiful and the staff were friendly. Loved the pool and the pool bar.

We booked through booking.com and the process was a little confusing because you did not really know what lind of room you were going to get. There were not any pictures of the room online. Our room large and nice, with two balconies, but was not the best situation. The room smelled like sewage, maybe something in the bathrooms was not properly vented, the larger shower flooded onto the floor when we used it and we did not have any bathmats or face cloths in the room. We also did not have any way to make ice, like an ice cube tray. We asked for an ice tray, and face cloths, but never got any. It may have been because of the language barrier. We did receive some bath mats and they gave us a bottle of bleach for the smell, but it did not help. The beds were very hard.
