Aurora's house Materdei

The apartment is small but cozy and has what you need for a short stay including a well equipped kitchen with washing machine.

The bed is too small though and can hardly fit two people. There's a pull out couch but no bedding to make that into a second bed. Small touches would have made our stay more enjoyable, such as laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap etc. It's wasteful to source these yourself but we did anyway and left them for the next guests. Although the tv is a Smart TV, the internet won't connect because the router is upstairs in the owners home. You can have internet on your device in the living/kitchen area but it cuts out immediately in the bedroom. Please note that AC is for an additional fee, this is listed in the description (in all fairness) but some people might miss this. The place could definitely use a bit of an upgrade and some welcoming touches to make it good value. For people coming to Napels, this is our second time and the neighborhood (Materdei) has become a lot worse since 3 years ago. We never felt unsafe but it's really dirty with trash all around the streets. Perhaps staying near the waterfront is more recommended in this day and age.

Endroit au calme et bien placé pour découvrir la ville. Nous avons été super bien accueillis, l'hote est très gentil et très réactif. Nous avons découvert une ville incroyable...

Pas évident pour le stationnement même si luca nous a donné des conseils pour le stationnement

Csendes belső udvarban van, ki lehet ülni a bejárat elé pl. dohányozni. Közel van a metro, az ágyhoz van kispárna. A konyha jól fel van szerelve, mosógép is van.

A szellőzés a konyha részben nincs megoldva, a tűzhely felett az elszívó nem működik.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Naples à pied ou en métro (une station est très proche). Logement adapté pour un court séjour. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Chambre petite et lit en 110 ou 120. Le matelas mériterait d'être changé. Equipement de la cuisine un peu juste.
