Lux Apts with Lake Views and Top Amenities

Beautiful and spacious apartment with everything you need!

Bathrooms were a little small (particularly showers) for what I would expect.

The view was magic! The apartment was very stylish and clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. There were some provisions left in the fridge which was a nice surprise (but to get them you have to fill in a survey).

Check-in should have been very smooth, but it became a bit stressful because there was no parking pass provided and we didn’t have clear instruction on what to do with our car. The host promised to sort it out and get us our pass by the following day, but it was never sorted out and we were without a parking pass for our full 4 night stay. We still ended up being able to use the garage, but it was very troublesome to exit and enter without the pass. The listing mentions “private pool”. It actually isn’t private. It is shared by all the residents. There are actually a lot more facilities available than the listing shows. It would have been great to have information on all the facilities and what floors they are on as we had to discover this on our own.

Extra Security cover and hold should be only at the time of checkin. And should ideally be avoided as it creates an impression that the host doesn't trust the guests. Also, in the showers, the body wash, conditioner and shampoo were on the floor and caused discomfort...ideally it should ne on a stand reachable to the guests. Also you need both a fixed shower and a potable one to use when necessary. Also, a list of delivery services can be added at the kitchen. Having said all the above the property was a fantastic one and got so many things right in teh first place, we loved it.
