Cozy, comfortable and unforgettable

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is beautiful, an hour and a half drive to Seceda. There is a big window in the room and the view is stunning — forest and autumn leaves. The location is peaceful with beautiful mountain view. The couch is also a bed, but we didn't mind at all — it was very comfortable. The shower and everything else is high quality, new and modern. We recommend this place. Came as partners and left as fiancés :).

Pessima esperienza

Gentilezza dell’host.

L’appartamento “Regina del Bosco” si è rivelato fortemente deludente. Gli spazi sono estremamente ridotti, tanto da poter essere considerato solo un punto d’appoggio molto temporaneo. Per un soggiorno di tre notti e quattro giorni ci è stato fornito un solo set di asciugamani per due persone, quantitativo oggettivamente insufficiente; allo stesso modo, per l’intera durata del soggiorno era disponibile una sola boccettina di bagnoschiuma e una di detergente intimo, anch’esse del tutto inadeguate. Il letto è risultato molto scomodo, trattandosi di un divano letto con materasso molto basso e privo di un adeguato supporto. Inoltre non erano forniti piumoni o coperte pesanti, ma soltanto leggeri copriletto, circostanza che ha reso le notti particolarmente fredde. A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, per due giorni abbiamo avuto un grave problema tecnico: siamo rimasti senza acqua calda e senza riscaldamento, con una temperatura interna che scendeva fino a circa 15°C, una condizione decisamente inaccettabile. Nonostante il disagio, abbiamo continuato a soggiornare nell’appartamento in attesa della risoluzione del problema. Anche lo scarico della doccia era intasato e l’acqua ristagnava nel piatto doccia durante l’utilizzo. Infine, la posizione non è favorevole: per raggiungere località come Bolzano, Ortisei o Madonna di Campiglio sono necessari almeno un’ora o un’ora e mezza di viaggio, rendendo l’alloggio scomodo per chi non ha esigenze specifiche nelle immediate vicinanze. Nel complesso, considerati i numerosi disservizi, il comfort molto scarso e la posizione poco pratica, non consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento. Ah, dimenticavo, non ha il bidet.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole c’erano vicini tutti i servizi necessari l’appartamento moderno con i comfort necessari.

Buona posizione, appartamento accogliente pulito, host molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi problema/informazione. La vista delle finestre molto piacevole perché offre una panoramica su una parte di bosco. Parcheggio semplice.

Non c’è in dotazione il bidet il che lo rende un po’ scomodo e il frigorifero molto ridotto.

Ottima struttura

Stanza pulitissima e ben tenuta,mobili, elettrodomestici e sanitari completamente nuovi e moderni,finestra enorme che affaccia direttamente nel bosco,ma senza togliere la privacy essendo che non può vederti nessuno,ottima posizione e proprietario davvero gentilissimo. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura!
