Gloria Vista Lago

Perfect location as a base for lake Garda, Venice and Verona.Balcony gave us a beautiful view of Sermione and the pool area.Air con was faultless as the temperature hit 38 degrees 😀 Complex is spotless, lifeguard was friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning to Gloria Vista Lago! Gloria herself was a dream to deal with....

!!!GOLD STANDARD!!! First of all, on first day, Stefan has shown all the amenities, explained very well everything I wanted to know and anything that might be helpful. This was extraordinary to many other places booked in the past via booking.com. There were left on the table some dedicated guidelines what/where to go, to eat, etc. in few languages. Amenities: great swimming pool (part of the pool is 2,2 m deep and not crowdy, its not something you can see all the time in other places), big TV in living room (with ability to play from Netfilx, etc.), parking very close do entrance to the building. Apartment is on 3rd floor, balcony with really nice view (Garda, swimming pool). Clean bathroom, washing machine. Very good wi-fi. Kitchen well equipped. Other comments: apartment is close to Lake Garda (walking distance), really nice restaurants not far away from the apartment. Waling distance to the bakery. Quiet neighborhood. Last but not least: - On last day, when I was packing the bags into the car, somebody hit my car. Stefan and Gloria were very dedicated to help me a lot with translating the communication between myself and driver liable for damages. Thanks one more time for it. Just to summarize, gold standard for hospitality, recommending apartment to everybody who wants to spend some time on Lake Garda. !!!GOLD STANDARD!!!

- TV in bedroom could be bigger + possibility to run VOD (like in living room). - I`m quite tall, so ideally the shower could be bigger (now its a standard size suitable for most people). - Suggesting to create your own wi-fi network (rather the one from the router with quite complex password)

We hadden een duidelijke omschrijving ontvangen van hoe we binnen konden komen en mochten zelfs al iets eerder inchecken dan vooraf was aangegeven. Het uitzicht vanuit het balkon was heel mooi!

Ons was vooraf niet bekend dat bij het zwembad een badmuts verplicht was. In de beschrijving van het appartement stond dat wel bij aankomt en werd ook vermeld dat er badmutsen klaar zouden liggen, dat was niet het geval. We hadden meerdere keren stroomuitval bij het gebruik van over en kookplaat of wasmachine en kookplaat. Het appartement was erg basic ingericht. Er ontbrak sfeer in de woning terwijl het wel alle faciliteiten had en het netjes en schoon was.
