Struttura nuova, parcheggio interno, ottima posizione a due passi dal mare, giardino esterno gradevole . Perfetta per 5 persone.
Presenza di porta divisoria per niente insonorizzata per cui si sentivano i vicini anche se parlavano semplicemente. Manca aria condizionata in cucina. Non era specificato che le lenzuola e gli asciugamani non fossero incluse nel prezzo.
