Posizione vicina al mare e parcheggio privato molto comodo. Docce esterne per pulirsi dalla sabbia comode.
Prezzo elevato, costi eccessivi (extra) per animale domestico, porta bagno rotta (non aggiustata in 4 giorni). Nonostante il prezzo, lenzuola e asciugamani non erano inclusi. Ventilatori a soffitto molto rumorosi. Infissi in alluminio (diventano incandescenti sotto il sole e diventano tipo dei termosifoni, e d’estate non sono piacevoli). Non mi è piaciuto neanche la zona bucataio (che non ho utilizzato) in quanto scarica a cielo aperto e i saponi drenano in terra.
