La ubicación, las vistas, la limpieza, la decoración, la comodidad de los colchones y el aire acondicionado.
La entrada del edificio no tenía puerta. No había peligro porque es un lugar tranquilo, pero vendría bien una puerta.

La ubicación y la amabilidad y buena atención de las personas que nos recibieron y entregaron las llaves.
El apartamento necesita cambiar las ventanas y cristaleras del salón. Las que hay no cierran bien y las habitaciones no están aisladas del exterior por lo que el ruido tanto de la carretera por un lado como por la calle del otro es muy molesto por la noche. Cuesta mucho dormir con los ruidos de coches , motos y del bar que hay justo debajo hasta altas horas de la madrugada.
