Apartament renovat, amb una terrasseta i poc sorollós tenint en compte la quantitat d'apartaments a cada pis.

L'apartament tenia paneroles que semblaven sortir de l'armari del calentador. Ens van reallotjar en un altre apartament d'el bloc del costat que suposadament era de més qualitat, però no tenia balcó/terrassa, el lavabo era més petit i faltaven molts estris de cuina. La finestra i la porta del lavabo no tancaven bé. Falta manteniment.
