Nice and quiet close to everything and found a nice restaurant a few doors away

The location is very convenient, and all the instructions were clearly provided in advance via messages, which made the check-in process smooth and easy. The reception and the apartments are located in the same building, close to each other, which was very practical. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful — they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and also store it for some time after check-out, which we really appreciated.

There were a few things we didn’t like about the apartment. It clearly needs some cosmetic renovation — there were various stains and small holes on the walls, which made the space feel a bit worn. In the living room, the sofa had two large dark stains, and there was a damaged power outlet. The condition of the kitchenware was also disappointing — several plates were chipped. Additionally, there was no kettle available, so we had to boil water in a pot to make tea, which was quite inconvenient.

Que la habitación está aparte, cama cómoda y da para patio interior y no hay ruido. Es cocina salón y es bastante amplio Dispone de netflix y spotify

En la cocina muy pocos utensilios, no hay sartén, ni aceite ni sal, fregona ni escoba... No dispones de ninguna manta o colcha alternativa si hace más frio o calor. No hay secador de pelo en el baño. Me encontré una araña en el salón. Te piden una fianza de 50€

La ubicació

L'apartament té un equipament molt just. Hi ha lo mínim i indispensable per a dues persones. Es troben a faltar diversos estris (baieta, tisores, draps de cuina, estovalles...). La clau que obre la porta del apartament també obre la porta del carrer del edifici. Vol dir això que amb la mateixa clau pots obrir qualsevol apartament? Em genera por i dubtes. Pel que fa al parking, té un preu de 15€/nit, però es una estafa. Un cop has pagat t'expliquen el funcionament. El parking és molt petit, i fan entrar més cotxes dels que hi caben. Et pregunten quan el treuràs, ja que depenent de quan diguis, aparques en un lloc o en un altre. Has d'avisar amb antelació de quan el treuràs per si s'ha de moure algun altre cotxe... El dia que marxavem vam veure com uns altres clients que també estaven traient el seu van haver de moure el d'un altre hoste a petició de la recepcionista.
