Everything is old, but functional and clean. The house is a little bit noisy, squeaky floor, etc.

Trotz der etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung ist es super und bequem. Sauber und extrem nette Gastgeber die im selben Haus wohnen. Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Gastgeberin vor Ort, sehr entgegenkommend (hätten auch eine Stunde später auschecken dürfen-sehr nett!). Lag in der Nähe zu der Location, in der wir gefeiert haben. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher (das haben wir verwendet) neuwertig. Ausreichend frische Handtücher.
Abgeplatzte Küchenschränke, keine Abdeckung (wie abgerissen) am Kühlschrank. Küchenutensilien (Schaber vergilbt, unansehnlich, möchte ich nicht mehr verwenden, ebenso manche Tassen) auch teilweise stark in die Jahre gekommen. Spinnweben und Staub in den Ecken. Knarzende Böden (Vermieterin wohnt darunter, das war mir sehr unangenehm, hoher Störfaktor für mich). Kein Bewegungsmelder an derHaustür (lediglich Aussenlicht, war aber ausgeschaltet), im Dunkeln Schlüsselloch gesucht und gefunden (GSD schon bei Tag vor Ort gewesen um Schlüssel abzuholen).
