Joshua, the host was very helpful and easy to contact. The flat is clean and tidy and is convenient for the centre of Bromley. Though close to the main road, it is at the rear of the building, so is quiet too.
The flat is accessed round the side of the building, which is v.dark at night, so a phone torch is needed. All the windows of the flat have to be frosted as it is a half basement.

Very nice and clean interior.
The bed (±140cm in width) was a bit on the small side for us. Also the walls are thin, so you can sometimes hear the neighbors / upper floor tenants. Lastly, sometimes an odd smell came out of the closet. It was very brief, but something that should be looked at.
