We were told the keys would be held at 12th city reception. The only problem with that is when you arrive from a plane and taxi, you can see 4 big corners of buildings all with 12th city written on them, and they are all restaurants. The 12th city hotel reception is tiny, tucked down a corridor behind yet another restaurant. It’s not easy to find and we had to call the booking company to get assistance.

Picking up keys…difficult. Washing machine programs written in Greek with no translation.
