Villaen var ren, moderne og svært romslig, med god standard på både møbler og utstyr. Bassenget var perfekt, uteområdet var nydelig og beliggenheten gjorde det enkelt å komme seg rundt. I tillegg var vertskapet hjelpsomme og hyggelige.
