La vue sur le port - clairement l'atout numéro 1 de ce logement. Supermarket au pied de l'immeuble - bien pratique. Hôtes extrêmement réactifs. Quartier vivant - plein de restaurants à proximité, et une plage à 5 min.
Une insonorisation très limite - pensez aux boules quies! Des équipements très limités. La cuisinette est OK pour des sandwichs et petit-déjeuners, mais ne prévoyez pas des plats à cuisiner. Matelas fermes. Propreté limite (mais ménage refait à notre demande).
