Βρισκόταν σε κεντρικό σημείο του χωριού και η πρόσβαση ήταν εύκολη και γρήγορη χωρίς μάλιστα τη χρήση αυτοκινήτου(ακόμη και σε παραλίες). 'Ηταν καθαρό με κατάλευκα σεντόνια και πετσέτες.
Το ψυγείο ήταν αρκετά μικρό, μετά βίας χωρούσε μόνο το νερό που χρειάζεται να καταναλώνει καθημερινά ένα ζευγάρι στις διακοπές του. Το μπαλκονάκι διέθεται δύο καρέκλες πλαστικές (εύθραυστες) που η μία μάλιστα έσπασε από την πρώτη μέρα, δεν μας τη χρέωσαν όμως μας πληροφόρησαν ότι την επόμενη που θα σπάσει με τον ίδιο τρόπο θα την χρεώσουν ,αντί να ζητήσουν συγνώμη και να ρωτήσουν αν έχουμε υποστεί σωματική βλάβη. Καλό θα ήταν να υπήρχε και ένα γκαζάκι για την δυνατότητα παροχής ενός πρωινού καφέ που αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της ελληνικής κουλτούρας. Σεβόμαστε το δικαίωμα του κάθε επιχειρηματία που θέλει να αυξήσει το εισόδημα του ,πολύ δε μάλλον το αναφαίρετο δικαίωμα του κάθε πολίτη για ολιγοήμερες αξιοπρεπείς διακοπές .

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, κεντρικά. δίπλα σε καταστήματα και κοντά στον πεζόδρομο της παραλιας. Πολύ προσεγμένος και καθαρός χώρος. Εύκολη στάθμευση για όχημα. Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.
