Die Lage ist gut, direkt an der Botsari. Geschäfte, Cafes und gute Taverne (Elia Lemoni) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Promenade am Meer in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen. Aufzug vorhanden. Parkplatz finden ist reine Glückssache, deswegen haben wir ein nahegelegenes Parkhaus genutzt (15 €/Tag). Für einen Kurzaufenthalt (max. 2 Nächte) durchaus geeignet.
Das Apartment und der Balkon (zur belebten Botsari) nicht besonders sauber. Es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank! Lediglich eine Garderobe im Schlafzimmer. 1 Klimagerät nur im Wohnraum, an heißen Tagen zu wenig! Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank stehen zu nah beieinander, Waschmaschine daher nicht vollständig zu öffnen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht, wir haben für weniger Geld schon deutlich bessere Unterkünfte in Thessaloniki gefunden.
