Labai nepatogūs ir nesaugūs laiptai, kambaryje net nėra stalo kur pavalgyti, nuėjus į tuoletą prabunda visas kambarys. Čiužiniai nepatogūs.

Доступ к общей кухне, вся посуда в наличии , легко найти объект размещения, бесконтактное заселение, быстрый ответ на сообщения от хозяина , есть парковка
1.Шумели другие проживающие , слышимость очень высокая 2.в душевой очень плохой слив воды, вода наполняется быстро 3.в комнате на первом этаже очень мало света, в вечернее время мрачно , на 5 спальных мест - 2 прикроватных ночника, и одна настенная лампа
