Firstly, a fantastic location, a lovely residential area. Every facility mentioned, available in the best possible manner. Everything required, be it shopping, sight seeing, food, medicines, transport, Prayer places for all communities, available close by. Very clean flat and great hosts, always approachable and very helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay. We recommend this home-away-from-home, for everyone visiting Udupi to experience.

What a great place. Quiet, clean, fully equipped, very comfortable, in a nice and quiet residential area, owned and run by a lovely family. The area is quiet and residential with one of Udupi's top rated seafood restaurants right next door, a few nice little shops across the street for basic needs. There's an auto rickshaw stand across the street so it's easy to get into the centre of Udupi for only a few rupees. Washing machine and an airing rack on the balcony for your laundry. Water filter in the kitchen, geyser, and A/C. It's really just a perfect little home away from home.

Nothing. The flat had everything I needed and great hosts who really care.

We liked the location , easy access to shops , food and transport . Very clean and well equipped . Food delivery apps like Swiggy etc delivered food.We could not try Machalis a highly regarded fish specialty restaurant right next door as we were out most of the time . The pillows were perfect and adequate in number . One AC served to cool the full apartment . In the evenings open the windows to a good breeze . The kitchen was very well provisioned with vessels plates etc .

The drawing room mattress is perfect for a yoga expert ! Probably the hardest mattress I’ve experienced! The bathroom floors could be slippery - requires mats . the landing could do with some extra light . The lift is quite old but works .

The whole building complex would look nice if it is repainted
