Clean. Great facilities.
Location wasn’t as handy as I thought it would be. Lobby smell. Building works close by were noisy. Didn’t like the surprise $350 ‘deposit hold’ when I had already paid in full.

Location was amazing. Close to Accor Stadium and Qudos Bank Area (both of which we were attending whilst staying).
The property itself was very spacious and comfortable. Instructions provided were clear and easy to follow and it had everything we needed (plates/bowls/cups/mugs etc).
The bond/deposit is quite expensive and I’m unclear on how the process works if the property owner determines you’ve caused damaged. To be clear, my bond was returned with no issues.
